Too close to the issue to see it clearly (how can you untangle your trauma when you’re convinced you had an idyllic childhood—even though your dad never once told you he loved you and your mom criticized every choice you made)
Able to make excuses for the people in your life to let them on the hook while simultaneously torturing yourself
Afraid if you let yourself feel anger or sadness you’ll never stop screaming or sobbing into your pillow, and you have better things to do with your time
Not sure who you’d be without your stories (if you let go of the story that you had an idyllic childhood, who are you now?)
This is where I come in.
During a session with me, we’ll identify the pattern you’re stuck dealing with (be it anger, anxiety, lack, or something else).
We’ll get curious and bring all related issues into present time (so even though it seems like your issue is with your boss, your 5-year-old self getting shamed by your mother might be coming up to be healed—and you have to look at both if you want to release the core issue).
And we’ll educate your soul to release the stuck feelings/beliefs/emotions/thoughts/etc.
Basically, you’ll check in with me and tell me where you’re at. I’ll use my intuition to tune into what’s really going on.
When we’ve identified the underlying issues causing you to suffer, I’ll untie the energy patterns and create space for you to have a new experience. I’ll bring in whatever guides and resources we need, and you’ll walk away feeling like you just jumped in the shower after a rigorous hike.
**Keep in mind that I’m not qualified to diagnose any conditions (even your garden-variety anxiety), I simply look at the energetic patterns tied to whatever issues you’re facing and use my tools to unwind them.

If you cancel or try to reschedule your appointment with under 24 hours’ notice, you will still be charged for your session, regardless of whether or not you show up.

Yup, you read that right: Just by being on my calendar, I’m automatically focusing on you and preparing you for the deep work we’re going to be doing together.
That said, I understand we’re all human beings dealing with life. If you do miss a session, make-up sessions are available at no additional cost at my discretion.
